Thank you to Aida and Oscar and everyone else at Safe Rebirth for providing such a friendly and approachable service and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. They took all of the stress out of perhaps the most stressful time in my life by making sure I was informed of the processes and procedures and costs as well as checking in with me throughout my trip to Zaragoza and continuing into my recovery at home and for that I can never thank them enough, so again, thank you Safe Rebirth, and I will be sure to recommend your services to any of my transgender friends considering surgery.

Aida, Aida, Aida . . . what more can we say? Aida brings a level of professionalism and service that is hard to find.
The journey to be one’s true self can be challenging at best. The unknown, the questions, the excitement, the nervousness, and everything that comes with it; there are so many questions and details to manage.

Finding Safe Rebirth, along with its network of providers, availability of resources, and professionalism at every step along the way, has truly made this experience that much easier.

Avevo fatto molte ricerche su quale fosse il posto migliore per sottopormi a un intervento di chirurgia di vagina plastica secondaria e nonostante parlassi a malapena spagnolo, ho scelto la Spagna per la sua lunga tradizione di assistenza e competenza nel campo dell'affermazione di genere.
Il mio primo contatto con Aida di Safe Rebirth è stato caloroso, rassicurante e per niente intimidatorio come avrei potuto immaginare.
Aida mi ha assistito durante tutto il processo e ha programmato l'intervento entro due mesi dal primo contatto, un tempo molto più rapido ed efficiente rispetto a quanto letto nelle recensioni di altre cliniche. Oggi Nonostante sia passato neanche un mese dall’intervento, sono molto soddisfatta del risultato. Mi sento più sicura del mio corpo, ma i ringraziamenti vanno anche a tutto lo staff della Clinica il chirurgo è stato molto esaustivo, professionale e rassicurante Durante la permanenza in Clinica sono stata assistita con tutte le attenzioni che un paziente debba ricevere sia a livello fisico che emotivo ho sempre ricevuto dei sorrisi e delle carezze. Mi sento di consigliare Safe Rebirth a chi vuole procedere non solo a una chirurgia primaria ma anche a una chirurgia secondaria, come mi sono sottoposta io. My experience and the result are beyond my wildest dreams...
I travelled 3000 km to have my vaginoplasty here because, from my first calls with Safe Rebirth, they made me feel like a person they wanted to help and take care of, rather than just a client. And it stayed that way throughout he five months I had to plan, and more importantly during the 3 weeks I spent in Spain.
I don't remember ever feeling scared, because everything was clear, everything was explained, and I had a say at every step of the way.
And as I said, the result is... WOW.

After gender dysphoria caused me to have a serious breakdown in my mental health, I realised that I needed to have my surgery as soon as possible. So, in February 2026, I began researching, and I found Safe Rebirth.

From my first conversation on WhatsApp with Aida Masdeu, she was so incredibly supportive: many times I came close to giving up, but her advice and comforting words gave me the strength to continue with planning.

Over the following months, our discussions and calls turned what had seemed to me a Herculean task—to get my surgery done, abroad, over the summer, before I had to return to education—into a manageable, planned, organised venture.

The most important thing? She directed me to a brilliant hospital and a highly competent surgeon. I made these choices with her advice, and I have her advice to thank for my amazing results.

Before I left for Spain, I was very nervous—so I called Aida. We spoke for around two hours, and she answered questions not just as a logistical advisor, and as an acquaintance of my surgeon, but also as a woman. She made my transformation not only easier and safer, but truly special.

I first came across Safe Rebirth via TikTok and I was looking for a way to help my son access gender affirming health care that is increasingly hard to come by in the UK. Aida was so kind and helpful during this process, I had lots of information, lots of support and it made it that little bit easier. Getting to Spain felt like such a huge thing, it was wonderful to meet Oscar and Aida in person. My son and I were guided through the pre op process and then off we went! I couldn't have done this without Safe Rebirth and I am so grateful for the support and genuine care we received. Thank you xx

Ho avuto il contatto di Aida Masdeu e della Safe Rebirth da un'associazione di famiglie di ragazze/i trans, italiani e non solo; avere le referenze di un'equipe spagnola di eccellenza per la vagino-plastica (la chirurgia che desideravo anch'io) e constatare direttamente la soddisfazione di più persone che avevano già fatto lì lo stesso intervento, è stato un gran punto di partenza e quando il "viaggio" è cominciato anche per me, dopo la mia decisione, sono stata accompagnata da una guida splendida che è proprio Aida: lei parla italiano e ha seguito e supportato me e la mia famiglia in tutti gli step del percorso, con tanta sensibilità ed empatia.
Anche l'esperienza con i medici e paramedici è stata sorprendente: professionalità e bravura si sono uniti a grandi capacità umane di incoraggiamento ed insegnamento verso la conoscenza della nuova fisicità.

I travelled to Barcelona in April 2026 for my vaginoplasty surgery, and choosing Safe Rebirth was one of the best decisions I could have made.

From the very beginning, Aida and Oscar were kind, professional, supportive, and always available to help. They made what could have been an overwhelming and frightening experience feel calm, organised, and human. Every question I had was answered with patience and care, and throughout the whole process I genuinely felt supported, respected, and safe.

One thing I especially appreciated was the transparency of the entire process. Safe Rebirth gave me different surgeon options, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel pressured financially or emotionally. There were no hidden costs, no aggressive sales approach, and no false promises — just honest communication and genuine support to help me make the right decision for myself.

What impressed me most was that Safe Rebirth never felt like a “business” focused only on logistics. They truly understand the emotional reality behind gender-affirming surgery and treat people with compassion and dignity. During my stay in Barcelona, they felt more like an extended family than a coordination team.

The entire process was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly stress-free. Communication was excellent, appointments were well organised, and I always felt that my wellbeing mattered to them.

Leaving Barcelona three weeks later, I carried home not only the results of surgery, but also a deep sense of gratitude for the kindness, humanity, and support I received from the entire Safe Rebirth team.

For anyone considering vaginoplasty or gender-affirming surgery and feeling nervous or uncertain, I can sincerely say that my experience with Safe Rebirth was overwhelmingly positive, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Safe Rebirth was everything I needed while seeking gender affirming surgery. I would not have been able to navigate Spain's medical system without their help, and they made the process mot only easy. bur comfortable.
